To ensure freshness we bake in small batches, which also results in minimal waste. We bake just enough to sell out every day!Our cakes are made to order and always fresh. We always use the highest quality ingredients and local when ever possible.
*Please Note that our cakes are best when served at room temperature. If the cake requires refrigeration please allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
Our cakes are made with wheat flour and may contain nuts. We recommend that you do not consume our products if you have gluten and/or nut allergies.
OUR STORY
Owner and Head Pastry Chef Starlett Simmons always dreamed of baking. She got her start at a young age and as she grew older, took every opportunity to bake cakes, cookies, and special occasion desserts for friends, family, and coworkers.
When her career as an accountant started to take a toll with long hours and time away from her family. Starlett decided to take a leap of faith and end her successful career to enroll in culinary school where she mastered the chemistry of baking and the art of pastry.
